How it works

Join your family in three steps.

No need to know your generation or branch — the family tree works that out for you.

  1. 1

    Create your account

Sign up with your name and village, and tell us your father's and grandfather's names.

  2. 2

Find your place in the tree

We match you to your father's record. Family elders review the link and mark it verified.

  3. 3

    Connect with your family

You're connected to close relatives and your village, and can share, message and add to the archive.

Privacy and trust

Private by design.

Hatlangh Beh is built for family, not for the public internet. Your information stays inside the family, and you stay in control of it.

  • Members only

Profiles, posts and the family tree are visible only to signed-in members of the family.

  • Verified by elders

Family connections are reviewed by elders before they are marked as verified.

  • You decide who sees what

Choose who can see your birth date, location, phone, email, parents, children and photos.

  • Extra care for children

Members under 18 start with stronger privacy settings, and their records stay within their branch.

Who can join Hatlangh Beh?

Descendants of Hatlangh and their families. When you sign up you tell us your village, father and grandfather, so we can find your place in the family tree.

Do I need to know my generation or branch?

No. Your generation is worked out from your father's place in the tree — Hatlangh is Generation 1, his children Generation 2, and so on — and your branch follows your father's line.

What if the system can't find my family?

Your details go to family elders for review. They can connect you to the right father's record or add missing ancestors, so nobody is recorded twice.

Who can see my information?

Only signed-in members. You choose who can see your birth date, location, phone, email, parents, children, photos and posts. Children start with stronger privacy settings.

Can I use it on my phone?

Yes. Hatlangh Beh works in the web browser on phones, tablets and computers — there's nothing to download.

Which languages are available?

English today. Zolai (Tedim Chin) is coming soon.
